Email is a required field when creating a new user in Admin > Users > Add New User. When a new user is created, OSA will generate a verification email. A message displays, indicating The user "username" has been saved. The user will receive an email with instructions to verify their email address. Click Close to close this window.
Check your email inbox, then click on the validation link provided in the email. The link will be valid for one (1) hour. If you do not see the validation email in your inbox, check your spam folder. The validation email will be sent from osaclients@tlcdelivers.com.
If you attempt to log in without verifying your email address, the Verify Your Email Address page will display with a prompt to enter your email address. A new verification email will be sent with an updated link.
After clicking the verification link in your email, the Email Address Verification page will display. You can now use OSA as desired.
You will also need to verify your email address any time it is changed or updated under My Info > Personal Information > Tell us about yourself.
