View PAC Synchronization Log

A log of PAC Synchronization activity is maintained within Library•Solution and is available for viewing in Online Selection & Acquisitions.

 

View the PAC Synchronization Log

  1. Log in to Online Selection & Acquisitions.

  2. Click the Admin link at the top of the screen.  The Administration menu displays.

  3. In the Integration / MARC Preferences section, click View PAC Synchronization Log.

  4. The PAC Synchronization Log Query dialog displays, as shown in the example below.

 

 

  1. The default date displays in the box to the left of Get log entries on or after.  To change this date, click in the box and type the desired date, or click the Select button to view a calendar.  To select a different Month, click the left / right arrows to the left of the month name, or click the drop-down arrow to the right of the month name.  To select a different year, click the drop-down to the right of the year display.

  2. Select the Show Errors Only check box if you want to view a log containing only PAC Synchronization errors.

  3. Click the Submit button to generate the PAC Synchronization Log report, shown below.
