Shared Lists

Clicking the Shared Lists option on the Navigation Toolbar opens a list of the lists that have been shared with the logged on user's Review Level.  For example, if a list has been shared with Review Level 2, and the logged in user is assigned to a Review Level of 1, the user will not see the list.  If no lists have been shared with that Review Level, OSA displays No Lists Found.

View the List of Shared Lists

1. Click the Shared Lists link on the Navigation Toolbar, as shown below.

2. The list of Shared Lists opens.  The options available on the drop-down list to the far right depend on the permissions assigned to the logged on user.

3. Work with any of the displayed lists.  See List Management Overview to view a list of the list related Help topics.

4. Click the underlined list Name to view the list.
