Released Orders Overview

The Released Orders section of the Administration menu provides access to Help topics for the following options.  Click a link to learn how to work with the options for Released orders.

Pending Orders - Orders that have not been completed (printed and transmitted) on the Order Confirmation screen are categorized as Pending.  Generate a report that displays all Pending orders as applicable to the report query settings.  From that report all, or selected, orders can be completed

Completed Orders - Orders that have been printed and transmitted are categorized as Completed.  Generate a report that displays all Completed orders as applicable to the report query settings.  From that report all, or selected, orders can be completed.

Orders to Cancel - Items that have been ordered (On Order) but have not arrived, and have exceeded the Days to Cancel setting in the Vendor Configuration will be displayed on the Cancels Search results.  The search results are a list of items that are due to be Canceled.

Orders to Claim - Items that have been ordered (On Order) but have not arrived, and have exceeded the Days to Claim setting in the Vendor Configuration will be displayed on the Claims Search results.  The search results are a list of items that are due to be Claimed.

Returned Items - Search for returned items and mark a title as Returned.  The system will generate a Return Slip to be included with the item.  Returned items can later be received, canceled, or claimed depending on the circumstances.
